Live band North Half from Tonasket will play at the Electric City Bar & Grill Friday at 8 p.m. The Hometown Hooligans will play Saturday at Harvest Festival at North Dam Park, from 1-4 p.m. and Maxx Watts will play there from 8-10 p.m..

Powwow Friday
The first Gathering of Wellness Powwow will be held Friday starting at 10:00 a.m. across the highway from Coulee Medical Center. Everyone is welcome, especially drummers and dancers.

Astronomy Events Saturday August 27th
On Saturday, August 27th, from 1-3 p.m. in the Spring Canyon Day Use Area, you can join the Sky Rangers to view solar flares and more.
Later that same night, from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m., a Planetary Viewing will be held at the Grand Coulee Dam Visitor Center. See the rings of Saturn, moons of Jupiter, and the ice caps of Mars.
Canoe Trip Sunday, August 28th
A canoe trip open to the public will be held 10 a.m. at Crescent Bay Lake. Registration is at Spring Canyon Ranger Station at 9:40 a.m. (509-754-7889)

On Friday August 26th, starting at 8 p.m., live band The Stoney River Band will play at the Electric City Bar & Grill.
On Saturday August 27th, starting at 8 p.m., The Stoney River Band will play the Coulee Cantina at Sunbanks Resort.
Also on Saturday August 27th, at 8 p.m., musician Tuck Foster will play at the Electric City Bar & Grill.
